At Plant Depot, we believe beautiful gardens shouldn't come with expensive delivery charges.

That's why we offer FREE delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. Whether you're ordering a single plant or refreshing your entire garden, we'll deliver your plants straight to your door.

 How We Deliver Your Plants 

  •  Royal Mail 

    We use Royal Mail for parcels measuring 60cm or less. Your plants are carefully packaged to help protect them throughout their journey to your door.

  •  Parcelforce 

    For larger parcels measuring over 60cm, we use Parcelforce. This allows us to send taller plants and larger orders using a suitable delivery service.

Every plant deserves a safe journey.

At Plant Depot, we take care when preparing and packing your order. Our plants are securely packaged to help protect their foliage, stems and pots during transit.

Whether you've ordered a small perennial or a larger ornamental shrub, our aim is to ensure your plants arrive in excellent condition, ready to enjoy in your garden.

 Delivery & Dispatch Times

We dispatch orders from our West Sussex nursery every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding bank holidays.

All orders are sent using a Tracked 48 delivery service, with Royal Mail handling parcels measuring 60cm or less and Parcelforce handling larger parcels.

Once dispatched, your order will normally arrive within 2–3 working days, although delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your plants on their journey to your door.

 Problems with Your Delivery?

We take great care when preparing and dispatching your plants, but occasionally things can go wrong during delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or isn't what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, include your order number and photographs of any damage so our team can investigate and help resolve the issue quickly.
